After a long period of working out how to move within my family, and a few things going wrong that caused me to not be able to move to other places, I was extremely annoyed with the whole process. We Are VERY Happy with the Home
When we were looking to move to Arizona from the midwest, AZ Prime Property was the first and only company we had to go through to find a home in Goodyear to rent. We couldn't be in Arizona to view the home, but we were able to have a family friend stop by at their office, get access to the home, and do a Facebook Live video so we could see the place. After that, it was a pretty fast and efficient application/approval process! We are VERY happy with the home as it was in great shape (clean, well maintained, all appliances working great) when we moved in and now, nearly 10 months later, we've grown to love the area and the house. So far Dominic has been wonderful. I switched to his management company after being unpleased with the other company I have had for 3 years. My last tenants left a big mess and I choose to use Dominic to help me get it rent ready again. His prices are great for repair and handyman work. The pictures he took to market the house looked amazing. He always answers the phone and is very willing to help and give advice. He is also honorable, he asked if we would consider selling an option. When we decided to look into it, he mentioned that since I was recommended to him by another realtor that did not do rentals I should offer the other guy my listing first. MORE Than Worth It
My experience with Dominic at AZ Prime Property Management has been wonderful so far. I was hesitant to work with a property manager at first, I've been leasing my condo on my own for the last 5 years and was sure the fees weren't worth it. I was totally wrong!! When a tenant moved out at the worst possible time my husband insisted we look into it just to relieve stress, even if it cost more. But working with Dominic has already saved (and made) me way more money than I could have on my own! My repair costs were 1/3 what I had estimated when getting quotes on my own, the final renting price was 6% higher than I thought I could get in the very best scenario, and he had the place filled a whole month earlier than I expected to be able to do on my own. Considering all that, AZ Prime is already MORE than worth it, and I'm so relieved that I don't have to worry about this property any more. Got My House Turned Around In A Week
I just moved from AZ to CA for work and I didn't want to sell my house just yet. I decided to rent my property, but the hitch was I only had 3 weeks to find a renter, move out, and get the house ready for a tenant. So far things have been good. We hired Dominic in January 2013. We had tenants within one month. Dominic's property management website is very easy to use, and we get email notifications when the rent has been posted to our account. His tenant applications and owner documents are easy to read and online. Our only concern was during our first couple months, we were charged for three handyman visits to our house to have the same repair made, but that has been the only issue. Was Able To Rent Out My Place In 4 Days
Great service and price – I researched 3 property management companies in Phoenix in an effort to rent out my house in Scottsdale. Most of the companies wanted to charge 10% and they were basically going to put my property on Craig’s List and put an add on their web site (they even wanted to charge additional to list on the MLS.)
