    Sit back and collect your $$$. Pay $0 until your property is leased!

Our fees are straight-forward and simple:

You pay $0 until we secure a quality tenant and we pay for all the marketing, advertising, MLS fees.

$100 one-time setup fee (ask for our -$200 off coupon / usually $300 setup fee)

 
If we lease out the property below $1495:
10% Management fee, no Tenant Placement fee!
If we lease out the property between $1500-$2495:
8% Management fee, no Tenant Placement fee!
If we lease out the property between $2500-$2995:
6% Management fee, no Tenant Placement fee!
If we lease out the property between $3000-$3995:
5% Management fee, no Tenant Placement fee!
If we lease out the property between $4000-$4995:
4% Management fee, no Tenant Placement fee!
Light commerial properties >$5000:
5% Management fee, no Tenant Placement fee!
